Ohio Thrift is seeking a hands-on Processing Manager to lead high-volume merchandise processing at the Distribution Center in Columbus, OH. You will oversee workflow, quality, staffing, and team development across several processing segments.

This role partners with the Director of Production to drive throughput, maintain safety, and foster a positive, organized work environment while coaching supervisors and staff to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in supervision/management in processing or distribution.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and shifting priorities.
• Experience with workflow management and productivity tracking.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift 25–50 lbs.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Processing Manager to lead high‑volume merchandise processing at Ohio Thrift’s Distribution Center. This leader will oversee workflow, quality, staffing, and team development across multiple production segments. About the Role

The Processing Manager oversees daily operations within the Production Department, ensuring merchandise is processed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards. This role supports supervisors, team leads, and production staff across Sorting, Hanging, Tagging, Pricing/Grading, and Miscellaneous processing.

You’ll partner closely with the Director of Production to drive throughput, maintain quality, and support a positive, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in merchandise processing, warehouse, retail distribution, thrift processing, or similar environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and shifting priorities
• Experience with workflow management and productivity tracking
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 25–50 lbs as needed
• High school diploma or GED required; additional leadership or logistics training preferred
