Live In Enid is seeking a Processing Specialist I to manage payment and prepaid product processes, including development, balancing, and settlement. You will review reports, prepare correspondence, and support the ITS Prepaid Payroll program, while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.

• Strong data entry accuracy and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to Payments and Prepaid products, including reviewing reports, settlement, and correspondence.
• Assist with correspondence related to the ITS Prepaid Payroll program.
• Assist clients with inquiries and problem resolution in a professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Provide support to others in the department during absences.

Education Level2 Year Degree## DescriptionThe Processing Specialist I is responsible for maintaining knowledge of and implementing processes for payment products including development, balancing, settlement, and support systems for such products.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Performs a variety of daily tasks associated with the Payments and Prepaid products, including but not limited to: reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and settlement.2. Assist with correspondence related to the ITS Prepaid Payroll program.3. Assists clients with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, research to identify and resolve problems in a timely matter and escalate to supervisor as appropriate.4. Assist and provide support to others in the department during absences.Non-Essential Functions: Performs other duties as assigned.## QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE* Associate degree in a business-related field, required.* 1-3 years' experience as a teller, or similar role in a retail banking environment, or alternate work-related experience of 3+ years, required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES* Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Advanced data entry accuracy and attention to detail required.* Experience using Microsoft Office; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.* Independent critical reasoning.* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
