Job summary

Palmer Companies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to support critical account and transaction processing activities for our client.

In this fast-paced financial services environment, you will ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time while maintaining exceptional service levels. This hybrid role offers collaboration across a variety of financial products and systems in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services.
• Experience processing transactions in a high-volume, deadline-focused environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process daily operational activities including asset movements, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance.
• Complete routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.
• Identify, research, and resolve processing issues and discrepancies proactively.
• Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
• Utilize and support a variety of financial products, software applications, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need to Be Successful:
