Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of total relevant work experience.
• 1 year RAM experience preferred; FINRA licenses are not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support to clients and process client transactions.
• Review and process moderately complex transactions.
• Review requests for proper documentation and authorization.
• Research account history as needed.
• Perform quality checks of transactions processed by other team members.
• Identify and act on errors.
• Research and implement prevention plans to minimize recurring errors.
• Maintain departmental quality and productivity standards.
• Work with senior associates on business process improvement projects.
