Job summary

Koch Foods in Mississippi is seeking a First/Third Shift Supervisor to lead a production team, manage scheduling, and drive safety and quality in a high-volume plant.

You will coach staff, ensure policy compliance, monitor GMPs and HACCP practices, and promote employee engagement through proactive leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team with ongoing development.

• Ensure proper scheduling to run the production area.
