Job summary

The position requires strict adherence to SOPs/SSOPs, willingness to train new staff, and flexibility to support Foreman and Supervisors.

Qualifications

• GMP/HACCP knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOP/SSOPs.
• Ability to train others and work with line foreman and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards are met.
• Operate and troubleshoot designated line equipment and ensure cleanliness and inspection of all equipment.
• Complete required paperwork with foreman, supervisor and quality tech; communicate across departments.
