Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Production Line Operator to support multiple lines across our Grand Rapids area facilities. You will follow GMP and SOPs, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and assist with line setup and processing to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing required paperwork, maintaining clean work areas, and training new or current employees under supervision. Flexibility with schedule is essential to cover production needs and shifts.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP, SOPs, SSOPs at all times.
• Able to train new/current employees under supervision.
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work on multiple lines.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production line equipment (e.g., filler, sealer, cartoners) and assist with line setup.
• Complete required paperwork for line operations with Foreman/Supervisor guidance.
• Ensure machines and work area are clean and perform basic inspections before/after runs.
• Communicate clearly with Production leadership and other departments.
• Train new/current employees on equipment under Foreman/Supervisor oversight.
