Qualifications

• Trained in HACCP and GMP principles.
• Able to follow SOPs and SSOPs at all times.
• Able to train new/current employees on equipment under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards are met.
• Acknowledge and follow GMP principles at all times.
• Operate and troubleshoot assigned machinery (Filler, Sealer, End of Line, etc.).
• Complete required paperwork for their line with supervision.
• Maintain clean equipment and inspect before/after runs.
• Communicate with Production leadership and other departments.
