Qualifications

• Must follow GMP, HACCP and SOPs at all times.
• Trained in HACCP and designated CCPs for the line.
• Experience operating packaging/processing equipment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards.
• Train new/current employees on equipment with oversight.
• Operate and troubleshoot line equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Complete required paperwork for the line with supervision.
• Ensure machine cleanliness and inspect equipment before and after runs.
