Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. is seeking a Processing Operator I for rotating nights at our Albany, OR facility. You will operate and maintain processing equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and collaboration with Maintenance to minimize downtime. Requires at least one year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED. Hourly pay is $22.00 with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in regulated or GMP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment per SOPs.
• Coordinate operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and targets.
• Maintain smooth production flow and report downtime promptly.
• Perform in-process checks and accurate production documentation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to address equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Participate in investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Adhere to company policies and reflect OFD culture in daily work.
