Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. is seeking a Processing Operator to join our production team in Henrietta, NY. You will operate processing equipment on a rotating 2,2,3 schedule, ensuring safe, efficient and quality-driven production.

Temporary status may lead to full-time employment after 3 months/500 hours with a potential wage increase. You will load materials, monitor equipment, document results, and assist with packaging while adhering to SOPs and batch records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably nutraceuticals/pharma.
• Familiar with cGMP, FDA, and quality-controlled manufacturing practices.
• Experience with SOPs, batch records, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and troubleshoot processing equipment.
• Load/unload materials and move supplies per batch needs.
• Document results accurately in digital and physical records.
• Maintain sanitation and follow cGMP guidelines.
• Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products.
