Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a senior operations leader to manage superintendents, supervisors, and hourly associates, focusing on safety, quality, yield and productivity.

You will drive milestones, financial targets, and process improvements, develop and maintain project plans, coordinate schedules, and promote a culture of safety across multiple departments. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in poultry/manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Ag, Operations Management, or Business.
• 5-7 years of supervisory/management experience across multiple departments.
• Experience with financial analysis in operations (Agristats) and HACCP knowledge; USDA sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
• Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
• Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety
