What You’ll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to produce high‑quality poultry products efficiently while fostering a culture of excellence on the production floor.

  • Leading daily operations – ensuring production targets are met with the right staffing levels, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPPs).
  • Maintaining product quality & food safety – overseeing adherence to quality specifications, food safety regulations, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Driving operational performance – monitoring and improving key production metrics such as BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %.
  • Supporting team success – enforcing safety protocols, overseeing training and certifications, and ensuring accurate timekeeping (Kronos/Oracle HCM).

What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Operations Management, or Business preferred.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment (poultry industry experience preferred).
Technical Knowledge
  • Experience with HACCP principles and USDA food safety regulations.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation standards and operational guidelines.
Leadership & Problem‑Solving Skills
  • Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Strong decision‑making and communication skills to effectively manage daily challenges.
