Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a Night Shift supervisor to ensure smooth department operations and alignment with quality, efficiency and safety goals. You will manage staffing, follow SOPs and GPPs, and monitor batch quality while addressing defects and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and 3+ years of supervisory experience in poultry, with HACCP and USDA sanitation knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in lieu of degree, poultry experience preferred.
• HACCP knowledge and experience.
• USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring orders are fulfilled with correct staffing daily and following SOPs and GPPs.
• Adhering to product quality and packaging specs; address defects; follow food safety regulations.
• Meet department metrics: BMPH, Cost/lb, PPMH, A Grade %.
• Follow HR/Safety policies; complete Kronos and Oracle HCM time off requests; complete safety training.
