You will guide engineers and supervisors, drive predictive and preventive programs, and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations to maximize asset reliability.

Candidate will manage capital projects, collaborate across departments, and execute process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training in engineering.
• 5-8 years maintenance experience in food/beverage or dairy environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and utilities for aseptic/ESL processing facilities.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA/GMP and food safety standards.
