Job summary

Mountaintop Beverage is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee weekend maintenance operations and lead a team of maintenance and electrical technicians. You will coordinate with production, quality, and sanitation to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years in maintenance management, knowledge of aseptic filling systems, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of aseptic filling and packaging systems and other beverage manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervises/assists a team of maintenance and electrical technicians during the weekend shift.
• Oversees preventative maintenance activities for process and facility equipment.
• Oversees calibrations of facility equipment.
• Conducts regular inspections and plans corrective actions.
• Coordinates with Head of Maintenance, Planner and Clerk for spare parts and downtime management.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (FDA, HACCP).
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
