Job summary

DAIRY FARMERS OF AMERICA, INC. is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Utilities Manager to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance in a high-speed aseptic and ESL beverage plant.

You will lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure safe, reliable operations and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing capital improvement projects, and collaborating with Operations, Quality, and R&D to optimize

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of maintenance experience in a food/beverage/dairy environment with at least 1+ years in leadership.
• Experience with aseptic and ESL processing or sanitary food manufacturing.
• Experience with utilities systems (electrical, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, water systems), PLCs/automation, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of facility utilities and processing systems with direct supervision of maintenance supervisors and staff.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs across assets to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Lead capital projects and process optimization initiatives in collaboration with plant management.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, GMP, and internal food safety requirements.
