• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, business policies, training materials, and knowledge assets.

About the role

As a Process Transformation Professional, you will play an important role in driving process excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across Maersk Ground Freight operations. Working closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Governance, and regional stakeholders, you will help assess existing processes, design operational improvements, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to the development of scalable global standards.

This role offers the opportunity to influence operational performance, support digital and automation initiatives, and help deliver consistent customer outcomes across a global logistics network.
