Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Digital Consulting professional to enable DHS transformation through automation and analytics. You will develop and deploy automation capabilities using MS Power Platform, improving detection, integration, and operations across mission capabilities.

The role requires strong experience in business analytics, change management, and program support, with up to 10% travel and a clearance-eligible Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement.
• 3+ years or more experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Develop new automation capabilities, processes and procedures using MS Power Platform to enhance security effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support program execution with data analytics, process automation and change management within DHS transformation efforts.

What You Will Do

This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts. Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS's mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management. The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree
• FOUR (4) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
• THREE (3) year or more years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance
• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
• Tableau or BI software experience
• R or Python software experience
