Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and document assembly processes using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Coordinate with supplier for test equipment designed to test products assembled on the bench.
• Qualify the test process with the supplier to ensure robustness and prevent quality escapes.
• Document the complete test process.
• Train technicians on assembly and test process and validate their competency.
