Job description

Our esteemed client is seeking two Process Technicians for its expanding Engineering Department - one for 2nd shift and one for 3rd shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify actions to ensure process optimization.
• Will interact with Leads, Quality Assurance and Engineering to ensure success
• Ability to work with others to ensure success
• Must be results driven
• Measured against KPI’s including OEE and uptime of the molding machines
• Will perform startups and troubleshoot problematic molds.
• Will assist in providing corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• On an as needed basis, will be responsible for mold setups and material staging.
• All activities are to ensure maximum up time

Education and Experience:

• 10 years of injection molding /floor experience
• Must be familiar with various types of molds including core pulls, hot runner etc.
• Knowledge of a variety of engineering resins.
