The role involves interpreting drawings, implementing 5S, and collaborating with Engineering and Production to resolve issues. A technical degree is preferred for advanced opportunities.

Competenze

2nd Shift Position – Monday to Friday – 3:00PM to 11:30PM

How will you make an impact? Support production by developing work instructions, implementing tooling and process improvements, and assisting with new product introductions. This role helps ensure safe, efficient, and standardized manufacturing operations.

What will you do?

• Provide technical support for assembly, rework, and production activities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting assembly, rework, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience creating work instructions or supporting tooling activities is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred.

Electronics manufacturing experience.

Experience supporting NPI or process improvement activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and 5S principles.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic fixtures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on the manufacturing floor.
