The candidate should follow detailed work instructions, maintain high standards, and be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and working on ladders up to six feet. 2nd shift includes a 10% shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines.
• Ensure accurate wire routing, terminations, and secure connections.
• Inspect components and completed work to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Safely operate equipment while following all workplace safety procedures.
• Perform light computer work, including data entry, reporting, and documentation of completed tasks.
• Work on ladders up to 6 feet as required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow established work instructions closely, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

• Read and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines

Work Environment

• Combination of shop/industrial and field work environments
• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
