Qualifications

• Must have fundamental technical knowledge of electronic sensors, pneumatics, HMI, mathematics, and optimization of cycle time.
• Troubleshooting and fixing machine issues require adequate mechanical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must‑have.
• Independent work and multitasking capabilities are essential.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs. is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Keep the team informed and provide clear follow-up.
• Follow the plant escalation process and maintain accountability.
• Know and understand specifications and schedule; perform quality checks.
• Set up all machines in the area of responsibility and complete setups in a timely manner.
• Use ALERE ERP and SAGE MRP for production entry, scrap, inventory and tickets.
• Assist maintenance during breakdowns and support cross‑shift handovers.
