Job summary

Randstad USA in Phoenix seeks a Process Technician to oversee production in world-class 300mm semiconductor facilities. You will monitor wafer flow, respond to system alerts, and make critical decisions to keep the line running smoothly.

The role offers a path to permanent hire with a pay raise upon conversion. A High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail are required, with compressed 12-hour shifts and day/night options.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor automated systems, track wafer flow, and manage system dashboards to keep production moving.
  • Respond to alarms, troubleshoot, and analyze system data to solve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with engineers and team members to fix problems and keep production stable.
  • Manage system alerts, tool checks, and production priorities at the same time to prevent downtime.
  • Follow all safety, health, and security guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Location: 5088 W Innovation Circle, Phoenix, AZ 85083 (Reliable transportation required)
The Role

You will monitor wafer flow, respond to system alerts, and make critical decisions to keep the line running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Operate: Oversee automated systems, track wafer flow, and manage system dashboards to keep production moving.
  • Respond and Troubleshoot: Act quickly when alarms occur, follow step-by-step guides, and analyze system data to solve quality issues.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with engineers and team members to fix problems and keep production stable.
  • Multi-Task: Manage system alerts, tool checks, and production priorities at the same time to prevent downtime.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree or non-STEM Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn production software.
  • Problem-solvingskills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to work primarily in an office setting with occasional entry into the cleanroom wearing protective gear.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screening.
Shift and Schedule Details
  • Regular Work Week: Compressed 12‑hour shifts after training (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

salary: $21 - $23.1 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Mechanical Skills: Being good with your hands and using tools to fix, clean, and put machine parts back together.
  • Problem Solving: Being able to read an error message on a computer screen, figure out what went wrong, and fix it.
  • Following Directions: Paying close attention to detail and following step‑by‑step safety guides and instruction manuals without skipping steps.
