About the Opportunity
Join a top‑notch crystal growth team and be primarily responsible for maintaining and operating process equipment, preparing wafers and holders, inspecting and handling parts according to product‑specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain material growth reactors and other process equipment to produce materials meeting defined specifications and quality standards
- Provide technical support to technicians, scientists, and other engineers on components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment
- Assist in training new team members
- Interface with other team members to assure efficient flow of information and materials

Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semi‑conductor manufacturing
What Sets You Apart
- Experience reading and interpreting engineering specifications, operation sheets, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Hands‑on experience testing, inspecting, and repairing electronic, optical, or mechanical assemblies; soldering, wire bonding, or machine tool experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, guide other technicians, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity, with the ability to safely handle and assemble small, delicate components.
