Semtech is seeking a Process Technician to support high-velocity manufacturing in Colorado Springs. The role performs technical tests, sets up processing equipment and monitors operations to assist line operators in a busy electronics environment.
You will compile processing data into reports, prepare charts for engineering review, and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.

Our customers have worldwide locations and are serviced from our manufacturing locations in Colorado Springs. Semtech is seeking a Process Technician for manufacturing support in a high tech, high volume, small company environment. The process technician will support advanced packaging of wafer and die level silicon products.
Process Technician: Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D. Performs set up of processing equipment. Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $21 - $25 an hour USD. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
