Pride Global is seeking a Process Technician to support process engineering, product development, and data-driven optimization in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role includes operating and maintaining processing and metrology equipment, executing experiments, and documenting results with engineers.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in semiconductor-related settings, follows detailed procedures, and can work in a cleanroom while wearing PPE.
Duration: 6 Months to 2 Years (depending on assignment)
Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including compressed graveyard and day shifts
Option 1 – Compressed Graveyard Shift
Option 2 – Day Shift
Candidates must be willing and able to work the assigned shift schedule.
Potential Conversion: Positions may be eligible for conversion to regular full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Position Summary
We are seeking Process Technicians to support process engineering, product development, and research activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and maintaining semiconductor processing equipment, executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting engineers in process optimization and new product development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, semiconductor, manufacturing, or technical environment and be comfortable following detailed procedures while supporting process development activities.
