Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking two Process Technicians to join its Cleveland, OH manufacturing team. This role focuses on resolving recurring manufacturing issues, improving process performance, reducing waste, and supporting productivity goals.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, and Quality to ensure consistent product quality and process reliability. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in rubber injection molding, can set up and optimize equipment, and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with rubber injection molding.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and process specs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve process, quality, and equipment-related issues in rubber injection molding.
• Analyze production metrics, scrap trends, and downtime data to identify improvements.
• Adjust and optimize molding parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle times, handling).
• Provide technical support to production during troubleshooting.
• Conduct process testing and validation of improvements.
• Support tooling improvements, engineering changes, mold qualifications, and new product introductions.
• Train operators on process control methods and troubleshooting.

The position works closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Tooling, and Quality teams to ensure consistent product quality and process reliability.

**Two (2) openings - 1st and 2nd shift**

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve process, quality, and equipment-related issues in rubber injection molding.

Analyze production metrics, scrap trends, and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities.

Adjust and optimize molding parameters, including temperature, pressure, cycle times, and material handling practices.

Provide technical support to production personnel during troubleshooting and process interruptions.

Conduct process testing and validation of proposed improvements.

Support tooling improvements, engineering changes, mold qualifications, and new product introductions.

Train operators on process control methods and troubleshooting best practices.

Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience with rubber injection molding processes.

Proven ability to set up, optimize, and troubleshoot molding equipment.

Strong knowledge of rubber materials manufacturing and processes.

Experience with process improvement, root cause investigation, and corrective action implementation.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process documentation.

Strong analytical/communication/problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
