Job summary

AtWork Group in Florida is seeking a Process Technician to troubleshoot injection-molding machines, set up presses, and perform line-side process adjustments. You will support mold changes and coordinate with Production, Tooling, and Quality Control to maintain cycle times and part quality.

Candidates must be willing to work morning or second shifts with a possible $1.00/hour difference, and may cover day, night, or weekend shifts as needed in a hot manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience troubleshooting injection-molding machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with manufacturing software or WMS is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in hot manufacturing conditions.

Responsibilities

Candidates must be flexible with their schedules based on business needs; it could be morning shift or second shift with $1.00 difference on the second shift. The position may require day, night, or occasional weekend coverage.

Primary responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various injection-molding machines
• Complete line-side process adjustments
• Perform assigned mold changes safely and promptly
• Provide technical support to Production, Tooling, and Quality Control
• Change, hook up, and adjust end-of-arm tooling
• Replace suction cups, vacuum lines, broken arm segments, and related components
• Troubleshoot injection-mold process issues and adjust as needed
• Ensure cycle-time and part-quality goals are achieved
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
