Each year, we handle thousands of legal documents, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints.

We are seeking dependable, detail‑oriented individuals to serve legal documents throughout Hillsborough County, NH.

Responsibilities

• Use mobile apps and web‑based systems to take photos, provide detailed status updates, and generate proofs of service.
• Maintain a personal computer/laptop, printer, scanner, internet access, and a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Communicate professionally and promptly with strong attention to detail to meet strict court deadlines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of court procedures, legal documents, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Serve legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with all laws.
• Provide detailed attempt updates and photos via smartphone applications.
• Electronically or manually sign documents and edit, print, and submit proofs of service through our case management software.
• Request copies of legal documents from courts when necessary.

Requirements
