Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts.
• Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
• In rare cases, some clients require up to 8 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses.
  • Submit detailed attempt notes.
  • Record service or non-service outcomes.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
