Job summary

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking a Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) to serve legal documents in West Virginia, preferably near Boone County.

You will manage assignments via ProVest's mobile apps PVLS & PSO Mobile, perform multiple service attempts, document GPS photos, and coordinate with courthouses. Requires independent work, reliability, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong time management.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with mobile-based evidence collection and GPS photo logging is a plus.
• Value accuracy, honesty and professionalism in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.

Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in West Virginia(WV).

Applicants must reside in West Virginia, preferably near BooneCounty.

Requirements

• West Virginia residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments.
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Support Provided

You will have a dedicated ProVest liaison for support. Training and support on ProVest's mobile applications and reporting requirements will be provided.
