ProVest is seeking reliable private process servers in West Virginia to cover Braxton County. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity requiring local residency and the ability to visit courthouses, capture GPS photos, and manage routing independently.

Training and ongoing support are provided through ProVest’s mobile apps. Ideal candidates have strong time management, are comfortable working alone, and can communicate clearly while documenting every service attempt.

Job Description

Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)

ProVest, one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in West Virginia(WV).

Applicants must reside in West Virginia, preferably near BraxtonCounty.

Requirements

• West Virginia residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments.
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas

• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines
