Job summary

ProVest LLC, a national legal support services firm, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in West Virginia, preferably near Boone County. You will operate as a field agent with flexible hours and manage your own schedule.

You will use ProVest's PVLS and PSO Mobile apps to record each service attempt, upload GPS-stamped photos, and submit reports on time. The role emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and accuracy while visiting local courthouses as required.

Qualifications

• West Virginia residency (near Boone County) or relocation preferred.
• 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment.
• GPS-enabled documentation through ProVest mobile app.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to visit courthouses to pick up and email documents.

Applicants must reside in West Virginia, preferably near BooneCounty.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
• Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
• Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs
• Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines
• Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

Requirements

• West Virginia residency (near listed county preferred)
• Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignments.
• All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
• Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting
