Job summary

Risktec Solutions in Houston, Texas, part of the TÜV Rheinland Group, seeks a PHA Facilitator with risk management and process safety expertise across oil, gas, chemical and renewable energy sectors. You will lead Process Hazard Analysis workshops and help implement HSSE programs at client sites.

Requires at least five years of relevant experience, a degree in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with OHSA PSM elements.
• Degree in Chemical Engineering; other disciplines considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Process Hazard Analysis workshops (HAZOP, What-if, LOPA, HAZID).
• Support MoC, PSSR, emergency planning, and HSSE management.
• Coordinate bids and contribute to project planning and management.
• Deliver training and share risk management expertise with clients.
