Jensen Hughes in the United States is expanding its industrial safety practice, seeking a Process Safety Consultant specializing in PHA to lead and support a growing portfolio of risk assessment and safety compliance projects for manufacturing and high-hazard operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting, facilitating, and leading PHAs across industries, with strong knowledge of HAZOP, What-If, LOPA and FMEA, and with a track record in regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering required.
• 5+ years in process safety with direct PHA experience.
• PHA leadership certification preferred.
• Willing to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform PHAs using HAZOP, What-If, LOPA and FMEA.
• Prepare high-quality PHA reports for clients and regulators.
• Support proposal development and client-facing engagements.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA PSM and industry standards.
