Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join our EHS team in the Northeast/Southeast Wisconsin area.

This role will lead the implementation of the site's PSM program, partnering with engineering and operations to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. After initial rollout (about six months), the position will split its focus to roughly 50% PSM and 50% broader EHS duties, including reading and reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Local Northeast or Southeast Wisconsin area candidates preferred.
• Plan to implement the PSM program within ~6 months and transition to 50% PSM / 50% EHS.

Job description

Must have 3+ years of process safety experience along with a Bachelors degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc. Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
