Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join the corporate EHS team. The role will lead the implementation of the Process Safety Management program across all locations and report directly to the Director of EHS.

The initial implementation is expected to take about six months; after completion, the role will be split 50% PSM and 50% EHS, maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance and safety performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the PSM program across the company and ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations; oversee the 14 elements of PSM.
• After approximately six months to completion, transition the role to 50% PSM and 50% EHS with ongoing focus on safety performance and regulatory compliance.

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
