Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a PSM/EHS professional to lead the implementation of the company's PSM program and then transition to a combined PSM/EHS role. The candidate will supervise compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and champion a culture of process safety excellence across locations.

The role requires hands-on collaboration within the corporate EHS department and interaction with the Director of EHS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the PSM program to completion (approx. 6 months).
• After completion, split responsibilities to 50% PSM and 50% EHS.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and applicable regulations across all locations.

Job description

Must have 3+ years of process safety experience along with a Bachelors degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc. Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
