Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a PSM professional to join the corporate EHS department. The role will lead the implementation of the company’s PSM program for approximately six months and then shift to a 50/50 split between PSM and EHS duties.

The candidate will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across locations, champion process safety, and review drawings and procedures to drive safety excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only.

Responsibilities

Job description

Must have 3+ years of process safety experience along with a Bachelors degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc. Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
