Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join its corporate EHS team in the US Midwest.

The role will lead the implementation of the PSM program for the company, with an expected completion in about six months, and then transition to a 50/50 mix of PSM and EHS duties. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with PSM and all applicable regulations across locations, and provide leadership on all 14 elements of PSM by reviewing drawings and related procedures,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or a related field.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's PSM program (approximately 6 months to completion).
• Transition the role to 50% PSM and 50% EHS after program rollout.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across all locations; manage all 14 PSM elements; review drawings and procedures.

Seeking an engaged, hands-on and collaborative PSM professional that will be a member of the corporate EHS department and will report directly to the Director of EHS. This role will complete the implementation of their PSM program for the company (approximately (6) months to completion) and then the role will transition to (50%) PSM and (50%) EHS.

• This position will ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company. Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
