Job summary

Ag 1 Source is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to lead the site’s process safety program and drive proactive risk reduction. You will partner with engineering and operations to maintain robust safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires applying CCPS RBPS, conducting investigations, and delivering training to leaders and frontline teams. A collaborative leader with 2+ years of process safety experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of process safety experience.
• Experience applying CCPS RBPS framework.
• Strong change management and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvement.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or agricultural processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s process safety program and monitor KPIs.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in process safety audits and close findings.
• Review Management of Change requests and ensure standards.
• Deliver process safety training to plant leaders and frontline teams.
• Provide technical process safety guidance for capital projects.
