The internship requires a Bachelor's in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering, on-site 40 hours/week, and legal work authorization in the United States. A driver’s license and travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering
• Concurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for duration of internship
• Strong academic performance
• Available to work on site 40 hours per week
• Must have a valid driver's license for work-related travel
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Aufgaben

• Lead process safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance with PSM/RMP and internal standards
• Conduct hazard risk identification and mitigation activities (PHA/LOPA/MOC)
• Collaborate with Operations/Maintenance/Engineering to resolve process safety issues
• Deliver training on process safety to stakeholders
• Lead/participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Perform and validate process safety leak calculations and track metrics
• Coordinate conformance audits and support regulatory inspections
