EnSafe Inc. is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to join our team in multi-site offices across the Southeast. The role focuses on improving process safety performance, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction for diverse clients in chemical, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors.

You will work with project teams to execute PSM programs, PHAs, RMPs, and related initiatives while supporting audits, documentation, and training. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 1–3 years of experience in process safety or related fields.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting PSM programs, PHAs, HAZOPs, RMPs or related initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Support development, implementation, and auditing of PSM programs.
• Participate in PHAs including HAZOPs and risk assessments.
• Assist with PSM audits and evaluation of OSHA program elements.
• Develop and maintain process safety information documentation.
• Support mechanical integrity program development and implementation.
• Prepare SOPs and process safety documentation.
• Deliver PSM-related training initiatives.
• Assist with Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Support EPA RMP audits and compliance efforts.
• Contribute to combustible dust hazard assessments and other safety evaluations.
• Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Conduct safety audits, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to leadership.
