Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and some database exposure.

Responsibilities

• Understand PSM risks and controls at the Cherokee facility and assess program health.
• Assist with setting and tracking annual H&S/PSM objectives and measures.
• Execute the PSM plan with clear, measurable actions.
• Maintain connections to operations, maintenance, and engineering to address risks and projects.
• Maintain OSHA PSM programs to meet regulatory requirements at the site.
• Coordinate data collection for Process Safety Information and audits with site teams.
• Support site PHA, LOPA, and MOC processes; pursue PHA leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate EHS/PSM and other sites to improve capabilities.
