Job summary

L3HHCM20 in Camden, AR seeks an experienced Lead, Process Safety Manager to lead our process safety initiatives. You will develop and implement safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires strong leadership in PSM and safety training across the facility. Responsibilities include leading PHAs, safety audits, incident investigations, and developing corrective actions while maintaining documentation and training programs for staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading process safety programs in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Hazard Analyses and serve as engineering point for explosive safety.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures across operations.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Perform risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and produce formal reports.
• Provide safety training to staff and management.
• Monitor and report on safety initiative effectiveness.
• Maintain records and drive corrective actions.
