Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and PSM/RMP compliance.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of PSM and RPM programs.
• Facilitate Process Hazard Analysis and report findings.
• Oversee the Management of Change process.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations for incidents.
• Develop training materials and coordinate required audits.
• Represent the company to external organizations.
• Identify and present solutions for PSM/RMP issues.
• Support process safety training and permit reporting.
• Assist with regulatory reviews and standard development.
• Manage LMS for training, MOC, and incident reporting.
• Assist with PHAs/LOPA setup and ensuring training is up to date.
