Job summary

3M Brownwood, TX is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer to join a site-based EHS team. The role focuses on coordinating site compliance, applying PSM practices, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on control solutions.

You will develop and deliver training, lead incident investigations, and help maintain EHS programs across the plant. On-site work four days a week with potential relocation support and domestic travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of safety/process safety and/or engineering field experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete site EHS compliance objectives.
• Assist in the execution of incident investigations related to PSM.
• Apply risk assessment tools and regulatory requirements for Process Safety Management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on control solutions and site-wide EHS programs.
• Drive training development and deliver Safety & PSM content.
