Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Specialist - PSM to support plant operations in the Godley, TX area. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining PSM and EPA Risk Management Plan requirements to ensure regulatory compliance, with opportunities to lead audits and incident investigations.

The position requires extensive knowledge of process safety, P&IDs, and midstream gas processing, and offers growth within a large, nationwide organization. Travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum HS diploma.
• 6+ years of processing plant or process safety experience.
• Midstream gas processing knowledge.
• Ability to read P&IDs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Customer service mindset.
• Independent, self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee PSM/RMP policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with PSM/RMP safety requirements; program audits and inspections; assist with mishap investigations.
